It’s so difficult for me to find pants. I have probably size 10 legs, but then all my weight is in my belly and I pretty much am just really fucking huge on my stomach. I can’t find jeans that fit me because they don’t fit my legs if they fit my waist. It stresses me out to no end and I want to wear pants….it’s starting to get cold. I used to be confident enough to wear skirts all the time..for some reason that changed. I’ve been wearing these h&m jeggings that actually fit me but they are ripping from so much wear. It sucks. I don’t know what to do because I refuse to wear sweatpants in public all the time.

I feel like crying.

I’m doing a motivational project for myself. One photo every morning in the same place and same outfit to track my progress. I’ll put them together through time, and hopefully it will show my progress. Starting tomorrow.

Sorry for the lack of updating. I’ve been really busy and really bad. I’m stuck at my 238-240 mark. But I’m trying to get back on track. I just made my lunch for tomorrow!

  • turkey sandwich on 7 grain whole wheat bread with mustard and tomato
  • jello cup
  • banana

for breakfast i’ve been having the breakfast essentials carnation chocolate milk. only 130 calories as compared to 190 in the special k ones!

starting this week i am back to the gym. school + work + gym on the first week was too much for me. i’m still so overwhelmed with homework and tons of other things that i’d rather not discuss and i’ve been eating and eating. i’m back to 242 right now i think. i’m disappointed but i’ll get back on track. i have work tomorrow but if i’m not too tired i’m going to try to get to the gym. wish me luck!

Once the school year starts everything will really kick into gear. I have done a good job this summer. Almost 30 pounds is good. 10 pounds a month, I’m not complaining. I could have pushed myself a lot more but I have a life outside of losing weight and I wasn’t putting it on complete hold. I want to hang out with friends and party, so I did. Now that school’s starting up I will be busy all the time. I’ll have school then work right after and I won’t be getting home until 7:30ish on those days. I’ll be crazy busy all the time and won’t have time to just sit home and eat everything in sight. I think that’s been my problem all along. I used to sit at home all day with nothing to do so I’d gorge myself with everything. I don’t need to do that anymore, I don’t have the time or energy to do that anymore. 

I’m excited for school to start. I’m excited to continue to lose more weight throughout the year. I am a lot different than when I started. I’ll be losing a lot more weight during the school year between work and the gym and eating healthy. Just because the summer is ending doesn’t mean my goals are over. I am 5 pounds away from my GW1 and that’s pretty exciting to me. It’s a step. I’m almost there and I’m excited to be there.
